Longer stays: 7 nights or more, 10% off; 28 nights or more, 25% off (discounts apply to the accommodation rate, not to the extra-guest supplement)
Last minute: 14 days or less before arrival, 10% off; 7 days or less, 15%; 3 days or less, 25% (not over Christmas & New Year). The final rate never goes below USD 140 per night
